These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of DLoopStore.in, operated by Digiteloop Tech Solutions. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and custom work

Product colours, materials, dimensions and photographs are representative and may vary slightly due to screens, lighting and manufacturing. Custom products are made from the details, names, files and images submitted by the customer. Please review those details carefully before payment.

Quotes and orders

Instant STL quotes are estimates based on the uploaded model and selected options. A quote or cart does not guarantee availability until the order is accepted and payment is confirmed. We may contact you if a file is damaged, unsuitable, unsafe to print or needs clarification.

Payments

Online payments are processed through PayU. An order is treated as paid only after payment is confirmed by the payment provider and our server. Failed, cancelled or disputed payments may delay or cancel fulfilment.

Customer content

You confirm that you have the right to use every STL file, photograph, logo, name and design you upload. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive or unsafe content. You grant us permission to use uploaded content only as needed to quote, manufacture, deliver and support your order.

Delivery, pickup and changes

Delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by production, courier, weather or other events outside our control. Self-pickup is available at the stated studio location during the displayed hours. Address or customisation changes should be requested before production begins.

Returns and replacements

Because custom and 3D-printed products are made to order, returns may be limited. If an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us promptly with photographs and the order number so we can review a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Acceptable use and liability

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with payment and order systems. To the extent allowed by law, DLoopStore is not responsible for indirect losses, delays caused by third parties, or customer-provided errors in files and personalisation details.
