DLoopStore.in, operated by Digiteloop Tech Solutions (“DLoopStore”, “we”, “us” or “our”), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you when you use our website, products, custom-gift services and instant quote tools.
Information we collect
- Account and checkout details such as your name, email, phone number and delivery address.
- Order, quote, payment-status and support information.
- Files, photographs, names and other content you choose to upload for a custom product or 3D-print quote.
- Basic technical information such as browser, device and usage data through cookies and analytics tools.
How we use information
We use information to process orders and payments, provide quotes, manufacture and deliver products, provide customer support, prevent fraud, improve the website, and meet legal or accounting requirements.
Payments and service providers
Online payments are processed through payment providers such as PayU. We do not store your complete card number, CVV or UPI PIN. Payment providers process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Uploaded content and retention
Uploaded STL files, images and customisation details are used only to fulfil the requested service, support the order and handle disputes. We may retain order records for business, legal and accounting purposes. Where practical, large customer uploads may be removed after the order and any applicable support or dispute period is complete.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to operate the store, such as payment, email, delivery and hosting providers, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to records we must retain. Contact us at support@dloopstore.in.
